 I'm not getting the newsletter emails... why?

Solution

We employ a strict "double opt-in" confirmation procedure in our Newsletter subscription process, and never send mailings to an address that has not confirmed a subscription request.

If you have not received any newsletters it may be because you have not replied to the confirmation email sent to you. Alternately, this may have been sent to your junk email folder and identified as SPAM. Please check your mailbox settings to check you can receive emails from us.

To ensure that you get all of my emails, follow these instructions.

Once you do receive an email from us, you may want to add us to your Safe Senders list to make sure all future emails can get through too.
